{"id":9,"date":"2008-12-25T03:25:46","date_gmt":"2008-12-25T03:25:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.idoodleapp.com\/?p=9"},"modified":"2011-08-05T04:22:30","modified_gmt":"2011-08-05T04:22:30","slug":"happy-holidays","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.idoodleapp.com\/?p=9","title":{"rendered":"Happy Holidays"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to everyone who has downloaded and played with iDoodle over the last year. \u00a0Reflecting back this has been a very enjoyable experience.<\/p>\n<p>From the web app that I wrote last February to the success of iDoodle2 it has been a great learning experience. \u00a0There have been over 1 million downloads worldwide of \u00a0iDoodle2 lite and I hope that number will continue to climb.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m working right now on a few fixes to iDoodle2 and iDoodle2 lite that should be ready and in the app store in early January. \u00a0The feedback of my users has been critical in shaping these updates and I hope that this relationship will continue.<\/p>\n<p>Since Apple&#8217;s NDA has been relaxed I&#8217;m also hoping to start giving code examples that will help other developers who are working with 2D graphics on the iPhone. \u00a0I certainly wouldn&#8217;t have finished my app without the advice and guides I&#8217;ve found online and I hope that I can also make some kind of contribution in this area. \u00a0Look for the first one of these blog posts within the next few weeks.\u00a0Thanks again for the support and I hope to continue making great iPhone applications in 2009.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.idoodleapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/12\/holidays.png\" align=\"left\" height=\"480\" width=\"320\" alt=\"Happy Holidays\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thanks to everyone who has downloaded and played with iDoodle over the last year. \u00a0Reflecting back this has been a very enjoyable experience.
